Hi! Welcome to Eat Hike Love. I’m Caroline.

As a health coach and hiking guide, I help women find their way back to their true nature.

  • For one of my clients, this meant learning to go solo camping and hiking after the loss of her spouse and a move across the country, regaining her confidence and sense of self in the process.

  • For another client, it meant expelling the toxic myths of diet culture from her internal narrative, finding pleasure in her body’s movements again and rebuilding trust in her own appetite.

  • And for another, it meant giving herself permission to let her goals matter amidst the responsibilities of motherhood and career, then building sustainable weekly habits to reinforce those goals and values.

Getting back to your true nature isn’t (just) about getting outside…

It’s about reconnecting with the most authentic, most joyful, most purpose-driven parts of yourself to create and enjoy a life truly worth living—a life that energizes you and inspires you on a daily basis, lifting you up and everyone around you.
