What we’ll cover during your 10-week intensive:
Part One: Get Free
Heal your relationship with food by experiencing food in a whole new way.
Your food story: Where have you been, what do things look like right now, and how would you like your story to unfold from here? You're the author. How do you want to feel about your food story when you look back at the end of your life?
Being with your food: Learn the science behind the extraordinary physical and emotional benefits of mindful eating, then
What to eat: Let go of a lifetime of being told what's good/bad for you, healthy/unhealthy. Instead, discover how to determine your very own unique superfoods using a simple formula. Food can be easy!
Part Two: Be Wild
Deepen your connection with nature by increasing your exposure to the magical, miraculous world you live in.
Out with the "in," and in with the out(doors): Modern devices and societal paradigms are designed to disconnect you from nature, which limits your personal power and keeps you stuck in negative patterns. Limit the influence of the media and these external forces to cultivate your daily interactions with the plants and animals of the natural world, gaining confidence while decreasing stress and anxiety.
Meet your inner nature spirit: Take a journey within to discover the freest, wildest, most confident, and most connected version of yourself. Then learn how to bring her wisdom into your everyday life.
Get out there: Take yourself on a solo outdoor adventure, whether it's a hike, a weekend in the woods, or simply a walk in the park. Experience yourself as part of nature, rather than something separate from it, to become a more confident, peaceful you.
Part Three: Have Fun
Strengthen your confidence in your body by choosing self-love over all else and embracing joy.
What you’re actually hungry for: Acknowledge your hunger and physical desires after years, maybe even decades, of denying/ignoring/distracting/distrusting your body’s messages. Learn the tenets of intuitive eating, and how to apply them to decipher your body's subtle (or not so subtle) messages.
Unconditional love and sovereignty: Your body deserves love regardless of what it looks like or what it can do. Learn a set of tools and practices to step into your body with radical self-love and unshakable self-confidence now, not x pounds from now or x sizes from now.
Because it feels good: Reclaim exercise as a source of pleasure and true self-care, prioritize physical activities that feel good before, during, and afterward, and release painful attachments to "shoulds" or external results.
Part Four: Integration
Blaze a trail for a future of freedom, play, and confidence with food and your body
Be the change: Commit to treating yourself with kindness, curiosity, patience, adoration, and honesty to become a positive role model for the women and girls in your life.

Q: Do we have to hike during the course?
A: Definitely not, if you’re not into it, but the program will encourage you to get outside and experience nature in new ways.
Q: When do we start? When are the calls?
A: The course begins the week of September 9th, 2019. Weekly lessons are delivered to your inbox every Monday and the course content is yours to complete on your own schedule. Three group coaching/Q&A calls will be offered during the course as well—share your “aha” moments, take advantage of a supportive place to explore the challenges and breakthroughs you’re experiencing with other women in the course, and bring your coaching requests for Caroline.

Q: How long do we have to complete the course?
A: The course content is yours for life. Complete the lessons when it works for you, and revisit the information as much as you’d like during the months and years to come.

…you’re seeking medical nutrition consulting/advice for an illness or medical condition (although I’m happy to point you toward some wonderful resources for this, and I encourage you to participate in this program while getting medical treatment if you also want to heal your relationship with food)
